Tri-States Council Music Equipment

Tri States Council has wonderful music equipment for you to rent for your competitions.

For TriState member clubs: The equipment is rented at a rate of $50.00 for the first day - and $25.00 for each additional day for EACH rink. (For example - if you have a 3 day competition with skating on 2 surfaces the total cost would be $200.00.) For non-member clubs cost is doubled; member clubs get priority on requests.

A club gets the equipment by inviting a Music Coordinator (see your rulebook directory) and asking them to bring the Tri States Music Equipment with them. We do NOT send equipment without a coordinator.

Payment is one of 2 ways - the music coordinator includes it on their expense report and then the Music Coordinator sends it to the Treasurer of Tri States - or the Music Coordinator submits a separate expense report for the club to send a check directly to the Tri States Treasurer.
